How to Set Up Family Safety
Step 1: Create a Child Account (or use existing)
1. Press Win + I > Accounts > Family & other users
2. Click Add account for a family member
3. If child is under 13, parent approval may be needed
Step 2: Set Up Family Safety
1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family/
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
3. Add your child's account
4. Follow the prompts to enable features
Step 3: Configure Controls
From the family safety website, you can:
Screen Time Limits:
- Set daily time limits
- Set specific hour restrictions (e.g., no screen time after 9 PM)
- Apply to Xbox and Windows devices
Content Filters:

1. Go to Microsoft Store
2. Click your profile > Family settings
