Summary

Prerequisites

Method 1: Automatic Setup (Microsoft, Office 365, Outlook.com, Exchange, iCloud) - Recommended

Step-by-Step (Classic Outlook Desktop)

Method 2: Manual Setup (Gmail, Yahoo, POP/IMAP Private Servers)

Step-by-Step (Classic Outlook Desktop)

- IMAP: Recommended. Keeps email synced between Outlook and the server (folders, delete state, etc.).

- Exchange/Office 365: If not detected automatically.
