Quick Ways to Find Your File

1. Use OneDrive Search

1. Open OneDrive in your browser or app

2. Look for the search bar (or press Ctrl + F)

3. Type part of the filename

4. Click the result to open it

2. Check Recent Files

3. Check the Recycle Bin

1. Go to OneDrive website

2. Click Recycle Bin in the left sidebar

3. Look for your file

4. Right-click → Restore

If File Was Synced to Computer

Check Local OneDrive Folder

1. Open File Explorer

2. Go to C:\Users\YourName\OneDrive - Company Name

3. Search for your file

Check Previous Versions

1. Right-click the folder where the file should be

2. Click Restore previous versions

4. Click Restore
