Sharing your calendar lets colleagues see your availability and optionally view event details. Here's how to set it up.

Share Calendar in Outlook Desktop
Method 1: Quick Share
1. Open Outlook
2. Click the Calendar icon in the bottom-left
3. Click Share Calendar in the toolbar
4. Enter the recipient's email address
5. Choose permission level (see below)
6. Click Send
Method 2: Calendar Permissions
1. In Calendar view, right-click My Calendars
2. Click Share Calendar
3. Select the calendar to share (if you have multiple)
4. Add recipients and set permissions
5. Click Send

4. Enter the person's email address
5. Select permission level

Accept a Shared Calendar
1. You'll receive an email invitation
2. Click Accept in the email
3. The calendar will appear in your Calendar view under "Shared Calendars"

Tips
- Share with everyone: Go to File → Calendar Options → Share My Calendar
- External sharing: May require IT admin approval
- Revoke access: Right-click the shared calendar → Delete (or manage permissions)
