Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

Step 2: Ensure You're Using the Correct Portal URL
1. Check your company's intranet bookmark
2. Common portal URLs:

Step 3: Try a Different Browser
1. If using Edge, try Chrome (or vice versa)
2. Clear browser cache and cookies:
