Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Sign Out and Back In

1. Click your profile picture in SharePoint

2. Click Sign out

3. Close all browser tabs

4. Reopen the SharePoint link

5. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 credentials

Step 2: Clear Browser Cache

Chrome/Edge:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

2. Select "All time" for time range

3. Check Cookies and Cached images and files

4. Click Clear data
