Step 1: Basic Checks
- Make sure Wi-Fi is connected (look at taskbar icon)
- Check if other devices can load websites
- Try loading the page again

For Microsoft Edge:
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
2. Set time range to "All time"
3. Check "Cached images and files"
4. Click Clear now
5. Refresh the page (F5)
